南 京 工 程 学 院 专 接 本 毕业设计说明书(论文) 作 者： 学 号： 　 学院（系、部）： 苏州工业职业技术学院 专 业： 数控加工与模具设计 题 目： 基于Moldflow的塑料旋钮成型分析 指导者： 评阅者： 2014 年 【摘要】 Moldflow软件是美国Moldflow公司的产品，Moldflow的产品用于优化制件和模具设计的整个过程，提供了一个整体解决方案。为了了解塑料制品流动分析的流程、方法及操作技巧，本文通过导入模型、划分网格及网格处理、浇注系统与冷却系统设计、选择分析类型和材料、设置工艺参数、结果分析及优化等方面的内容，结和实际详细介绍了充填分析。流动分析、冷却分析、翘曲分析、收缩分析流道平衡分析等。 本课题以实际用的塑料旋钮为研究对象可以培养学生对有限元软件的了解，能通过注塑模拟软件对塑件成型过程进行模拟分析，从而熟悉模流分析的方法，更重要的是让学生学会自己去分析塑料件，从分析结果中查找出现各种缺陷的原因，并且找到解决问题的思路及方法。 【关键词】：塑料旋钮；Moldflow；模流分析；优化 Based on analysis of forming the Moldflow plastics knob Abstract Moldflow software Moldflow in the United States companys products, products are used in optimization of Moldflow parts and the whole process of mold design, provides a whole solution. In order to understand the plastic flow analysis process, method and operation skill, grid and grid was divided by importing the model in this paper, processing, design of gating system and cooling system, type and material selection analysis, setting processing parameters, the results analysis and optimization of content, and actual filling analysis was introduced in detail.
