基层公务员培训的现状问题和对策 张广权 摘要：在社会的发展过程中，基层公务员在社会建设中有着重要的作用。通过基层公务员能力的体现，能够有效的带领当地社会的发展。基于基层公务员在社会建设过程中的重要作用，加强公务员素质的提升，是社会发展过程中，必须关注的一个重要问题，加强基层公务员培训机制的建设，是提升公务员素质的一个重要选择。但是，就目前来讲，我国基层公务员培训制度建设还处在探索阶段，因此对基层公务员培训问题进行深入细致的研究有助于提高我国公务员培训的实效性，促进公务员培训制度的快速向前发展。完善的公务员培训制度的构建，有利于我们基层公务员培训工作开展的制度化、规范化。本文主要是对基层公务员培训的创新问题进行一定的分析，提出一些加强公务员培训的建议，从而对国内基层公务员的培训起到一定的借鉴意义。 关键词：公务员；培训；制度创新；研究 Abstract In the process of the development of the society, plays an important role in the construction of civil servants at the grass-roots level in the society.
