农村地区水质评价及其保护研究 摘要：水环境问题是中国乃至整个世界最为重要的环境问题之一，而水环境问题的核心毫无疑问的就要归结为日益严重的水污染。农村经济、社会、生态环境的协调发展对中国国民经济持续健康地发展，建设和谐社会以及社会主义新农村都有着重要意义。农村环境的好坏也直接影响农村的发展。本文通过分析农村水环境污染的现状，针对农村水环境污染与城市水污染的差异，分析了当前影响农村水环境急剧恶化的诸多因素。针对存在的诸多问题，我们通过对比国外关于农村水环境污染防治措施，借鉴国外立法、技术等方面的先进经验，进一步完善我国农村水环境污染防治制度，提出合理化的建议，并力求创新。关键词：农村水环境；水污染；水污染防治中图分类号： 文献标识码：Application and Research on Stream Flow Simulation andSoil Moisture Simulation Based on Distributed Hydrologic ModelsCHEN Xi(North China University of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power, Zhengzhou 450045, Henan Province, China)Abstract: Water environment in China and even in the word is one of the most important environmental issues. With no doubt, we attribute the key problem of the water environment to the increasingly serious water pollution. The coordinated development of the rural economic, social, ecological environmental has great significance to the sustainable and healthy national economy development of China and building harmonious society and a new socialist countryside. The quality of the rural environment has a direct impact on rural development. By analyzing the status of water pollution and the factors of the current rapid deterioration of water environment in rural areas, water pollution in rural is different from urban water pollution.
