毕业设计 泛美花园公寓楼设计与招投标文件编制 摘 要 本工程是位于西安市的一栋公寓楼，为多层钢筋混凝土框架结构。共四层，层高均为3.2米,建筑物总高度为14.1米。需要我们设计出一套可行的方案，进行建筑设计、结构设计、施工组织设计与招投标文件的编制。 具体包括以下几个部分： 1．在建筑设计中确定建筑方案、建筑材料、建筑布局及各种尺寸，绘制建筑施工图，写出施工说明并列出门窗明细表； 2．在结构设计中进行荷载计算、框架结构的受力分析、计算和设计、配筋计算； 3．本施工组织设计作为主导施工的依据，编制时对目标工期、工程质量、项目管理机构设置、劳动力组织、施工进度计划控制、机械设备及周转材料配备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、安全保证措施； 4．编制招标文件、投标文件。工程量清单计算主要包括建筑面积土方工程、砖石工程、门窗工程、砼工程几个部分。which is? located in xi’an ， it’s a multi-layer reinforced concrete frame.
