本科生毕业论文（设计） 产妇产褥期心理问题分析及护理 对策探讨 姓　　名 　　号 专　　业 指导教师 年月日:探讨产褥期孕产妇发生的心理问题及其影响因素,观察产褥期心理干预对降低产后抑郁症发生率的影响。方法:将郑州市妇幼保健院产科建卡孕产妇478例随机分为干预组265例与对照组213例,两组均接受护士的常规心理护理,出院时给予出院指导及健康教育。此外,干预组在整个产褥期还接受研究者根据心理研究模式给予的心理干预。结果:通过心理干预的孕产妇发病率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05) 。结论:实施心理干预模式能有效改善孕产妇在产褥期的抑郁焦虑情绪,帮助其渡过产后的情绪不稳定阶段,减少产后抑郁症的发生。 关键词: 产妇心理问题 产褥期抑郁症 心理干预 统计学方法 Abstract Objective: To investigate the puerperium maternal psychological problems and their influencing factors, observed puerperal psychological intervention to reduce the incidence of postpartum depression. Methods: 478 cases of maternal obstetrical the cards of Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zhengzhou City, were randomly divided into 213 cases of 265 cases in the intervention group and control group, both groups received conventional psychological care nurse discharge for discharge guidance and health education. In addition, the intervention group throughout the puerperium also receive psychological intervention given by the researchers based on psychological research models. Results: The psychological intervention of maternal morbidity is significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: The psychological intervention can effectively improve maternal depression in puerperium anxiety, emotional instability to help them through the post-natal stage, reduce the incidence of postpartum depression.
