Body temperature changes with time, diet, exercise, mood changes, drugs and so on many kinds of other factors. This paper is studied the law of temperature changes in one day and relate factors on temperature changes. We researched some relevant literature, and then we formulated seven experiment, through the seven experiments we found the rule of temperature change in a day time, and diet, exercise, mood changes, the influence of drugs on the body temperature In the experiment of human body temperature variation law of one day, we discovered the human temperature is the lowest in early morning. From seven to nine, it has risen sharply, when then slowly rise up to the peak during 17 to 19, during 23 to 24, it become stable. Usually, compare to the temperature in afternoon, the temperature in the morning is lower, while someone’s temperature in the morning is higher than that in the afternoon. In the experiments of the influence of sexual factor on the temperature, we conclude that the temperature of males is on the high side than that of females slightly.
