TH供电公司绩效管理策略研究摘 要绩效管理作为人力资源管理的核心，已经越来越受到重视。随着电力体制改革的逐步深入，供电企业在发展的过程中越来越需要一个行之有效的绩效管理系统。虽然在众多的供电企业中曾经或正在使用一些类似于绩效考核的管理方法，但基本无系统性和规范性可言。因此怎样建立符合企业实情的绩效管理体系、提高企业的经营管理效率、最有效地发挥绩效管理的激励效用，将是这些公司发展和赢利的关键所在。TH 供电公司人力资源管理起步较晚，虽然近几年公司在绩效管理方面也做了一些尝试，但是收效甚微。有鉴于此，本文利用绩效管理理论来探讨 TH 供电公司的绩效管理问题。首先对绩效管理理论进行综述；其次是应用调查问卷的方法对 TH 供电公司绩效管理的现状进行分析，深入挖掘出目前该公司在绩效管理体系中存在的问题，并对问题的成因进行了分析；三是重点提出绩效管理的改进策略，分别从绩效计划、绩效辅导和实施、绩效考核和反馈和绩效结果应用等四个方面进行阐述和说明；最后提出绩效管理的实施和保障策略。新的绩效管理模式将更加符合现今 TH 供电公司绩效管理的实际情况，可以有效地发挥出绩效管理在人力资源管理中的作用，实现员工和企业整体绩效稳步提升的目的。关键词：供电公司，绩效管理，策略研究A Study on Performance Management Tactics of TH PowerSupply CompanyABSTRACTPerformance management as the core of the human resource management hastaken seriously from day to day.
