某石化企业作业人员 职业健康检查肝功能检测结果分析 黄小虎，罗莹，陈进原 （海口市职业病防治所，海南 海口 570102） 【摘要】目的 通过对比分析某石油化工企业作业人员2009—2011年职业健康检查肝功能检测结果，查找作业人员肝功能检测结果异常与作业环境潜在危害因素的关联性，为有针对性地开展健康教育、职业健康防护及职业病防治提供实验依据。方法 对该企业一线作业人员三年（2009—2011年）的职业健康检查肝功能检测结果异常情况进行统计学分析。结果 肝功能检测异常项目中ALT、AST、T-BIL、D-BIL检测结果异常比例呈现逐年增长趋势，差异有显著统计学意义（χ2=15.32,P0.001；χ2=12.37,P0.01；χ2=14.22，P0.001; χ2=13.78,P0.01）；接毒作业人员肝功能检测结果异常检出率明显高于其他工种作业人员（χ2=22.44,P0.001）,其次为粉尘作业人员（χ2=9.176,P0.05）。结论 石油化工作业人员肝功能异常并呈逐年增长趋势与其长期接触职业危害因素有密切关系。 【关键词】职业病；健康检查；肝功能；对比分析；职业防护 Some petroleum chemical enterprise homework personnel Occupation health examination of liver function test results analysis 【Abstract】Objective Through the contrast analysis of the test results of a petrochemical enterprise worker’s liver function from 2009 to 2011, search the relationship of operations personnel liver function test abnormalities to the working environment of potential hazards of relevance, in order to carry out health education, occupation health protection and provide experimental evidence for occupation disease prevention and control. Methods Analyzing the abnormal test results of occupation health check liver function of frontline workers with three years (2009-2011) working time by statistic method. Results In abnormal liver function tests, the abnormal proportion of ALT, AST, T-BIL, D-BIL test results are increasing year by year, differences of which are statistically significant (x 2 = 15.32, P 0.001; x 2 = 12.37, P 0.01; x 2 = 14.22, P 0.001; x 2 = 13.78, P 0.01); inoculation workers liver function test results in abnormal detection rate was significantly higher than that of other types of workers (x 2 = 22.44, P 0.001), followed by the dust exposed workers (x 2 = 9.176, P 0.05). Conclusion the Petrochemical worker’s abnormal liver function is increasing year by year corresponding to the long-term exposure to occupation harm factors. 【Key words】 occupational diseases; health checks; liver function; comparative analysis; occupational protection
