2009届毕业生 毕业论文 题 目:植酸预处液对月季切花中SOD活性和MDA 含量的影响 院系名称: 国际学院 专业班级:生物制药0501 学生姓名: 张晏宁 学 号: 20054970124 指导教师: 景红娟 教师职称: 讲 师 2009年 6月 21日 摘 要 在切花工业中,月季是当今世界上最重要的切花之一,它易种植,产量高,用途广泛,已成为全球花卉贸易中重要的商品。但是由于月季切花的自然寿命很低,如何延长其瓶插寿命及延缓衰老一直是人们研究的热点。现在虽然对月季采后保鲜的研究很多,却鲜有植酸应用于月季切花保鲜的报道。植酸作为一种天然存在的有机化合物,广泛存在于植物组织中,它含量丰富又容易提取,如果能够作为切花的保鲜剂将会有效降低切花工业的成本。本实验主要研究了两种浓度分别为0.7%与1.3%的植酸预处液对月季切花的保鲜效果,同时以蒸馏水为对照,每个处理重复三次。研究对象是一种名为“Shasha90号”的红色月季,通过测定切花的瓶插寿命,MDA含量、SOD活性等生理指标来判断植酸保鲜液对月季切花的影响。结果表明,0.7%与1.3%的植酸预处液均能够延有效地延缓MDA含量的增加,但1.3%的植酸保鲜液由于酸性过强对切花造成伤害而导致切花死亡。所以0.7%的植酸保鲜液的保鲜效果最好。 关键词:植酸 月季切花 超氧化物歧化酶 丙二醛 Title Effects of Pretreatments Contained Phytic Acid on MDA Content and SOD Activity of Cut Rose Flowers Abstract In the cut-flower industry, rose is currently the worlds most important cut flowers in one easy cultivation, high yield, wide range of uses, the global flower trade has become an important commodity. However, due to the natural life of cut rose flowers is very low, how to prolong their vase life and anti-aging research has been a hot spot. Although rose is now on post-harvest preservation of many of the studies, but rarely used in phytic reports fresh cut rose. Phytic acid as a naturally occurring organic compounds, widely present in plant tissue, it has rich content and easy to extract, if the fresh cut flowers can be used as agents will be effective to reduce the cost of cut flowers industry. Experimental studies of the two concentrations were 0.7% and 1.3% of the phytic acid pretreatment on the preservation of the effect of cut rose flowers, while distilled water as control, each repeated three times to deal with. Study is called Shasha90 No. Red Rose, by determining the vase life of cut flowers, MDA content, SOD activity and other physiological indicators to determine the freshness of phytic acid on the impact of cut rose flowers.
