模糊PID在海洋微生物酶发酵过程中的应用 Application of Fuzzy PID to the process of marine microbial enzyme feimentation 学院名称： 电气信息工程学院 专业班级： 电气0804 学生姓名： 朱彤 指导教师姓名： 朱湘临 指导教师职称： 副研究员 2012年 5 月模糊PID在海洋微生物酶发酵过程中的应用 专业班级：电气0804 学生姓名：朱彤 指导教师：朱湘临 职称：副研究员 摘要 近年来，生物技术工业发展迅速，生物发酵技术作为生物技术产业化的基础，也引起人们广泛的关注[1]，本文主要阐述了生物发酵过程的特点及控制方法，针对微生物发酵过程中的重要参数的特点，如温度，pH值具有时滞性、非线性等，采用模糊PID算法来进行控制，PID控制器具有结构简单、容易实现、控制效果好、鲁棒性强等特点，是迄今为止最稳定的控制方法。它所涉及的参数物理意义明确，理论分析体系完整，并为工程界所熟悉，因而在工业过程控制中得到了广泛应用，在这里也能取得不错的控制效果。 根据海洋微生物发酵的特点，设计出专门用来进行海洋微生物发酵的发酵装置，由发酵罐，空气系统，补料系统和控制系统等组成。本文首先对针对海洋微生物发酵特点设计的发酵装置做了简要介绍，然后分析了海洋微生物酶发酵的四个阶段以及主要环境参数对其发酵过程的影响，并以温度为例控制原理进行了研究。 关键词： 模糊PID控制 海洋微生物酶发酵 干扰 Application of Fuzzy PID to the process of marine microbial enzyme feimentation Abstract Recently, with rapid development of biological industry,biological fermentation technique and fermentation equipment, which is the base of industrialization of fermentation technique, has attracted extensive attention.This paper briefly described the characteristics and control methods of the fermentation process, in connection with the characteristics of the important parameters in the fermentation process,such as temperature,pH,delay , nonlinear and so on,and use Fuzzy PID algorithm to control, PID controller has a simple structure, easy to achieve good control effect and strong robustness, is by far the most stable control method. The parameters of physical significance it involves is clear, the theoretical analysis of system is integrity, and is familiar with the engineering community, and thus has been widely applied in industrial process control, here, too, can achieve good control.
