摘 要
昆曼公路被称为南北经济走廊,是大湄公河次区域经济合作的重点项目之一,也是被称为“21世纪新丝绸之路”的亚洲高速公路网的重要组成部分。物流专家指出,昆曼公路将成为中国西南通向东南亚国家最便捷的通道,中国与东盟每年将有1000亿美元的货物通过昆曼公路进出。自2008年3月昆曼公路贯通到现在已有两年了,但是这条被寄予厚望的打开东盟的国际大通道的运营情况远远没有达到预期的效果。昆明到曼谷从48小时缩短到20小时,依然只是一个理想2008年,磨憨口岸贸易额为1.8亿元,其中对泰贸易额仅为408万美元。也就是说,通过昆曼公路的对泰贸易,在中泰贸易额中占比不到1/10000,在滇泰贸易额中所占比重也只有1.6%理想与现实的落差很大。
Abstract
Kunming-Bangkok highway is known as North-South Economic Corridor, the Greater Mekong sub-regional economic cooperation is one key project, it’s also an important part and known as the21st century and the new Silk Road of the Asian Highway Network. Logistics experts point out the Kunming-Bangkok highway, located in southwest of China will be the most convenient channel, which leading to the Southeast Asian countries. China and ASEAN will totally have a 100 billion U.S. dollars annually for goods entering and leaving through the Kunming-Bangkok highway. From March ,2008, it has been 2 years that the Kunming-Bangkok highway went into service. But this highway, which was placed high hopes on to open the international channels operating conditions of ASEAN, was fall far short of the prospective effect. The time you need to spend from Kunming to Bangkok is planed to change from 48 hours to 20 hours, but it is still only an ideal. In 2008, Mohan port trade volume was 1.8 billion, which trade with the Thai was only 4.08 million U.S. dollars. In other words, the trade between China and Thailand through the Kunming-Bangkok highway was accounting for less than 1 / 10000,while in the Yunnan-Thai trade volume ,which is share of only 1.6%, The gap between present reality and the ideal is just too big to accept.
This article is based on the SWOT analysis of the Kunming-Bangkok highway, and make a number of related strategies and recommendations, then outlook on Xishuangbanna
