大学生党建与就业工作联动机制探索( 李海平 (广西大学机械工程学院 广西 南宁 530004) 摘要：大学生党建工作是指高校党组织为完成培养中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人培养中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人发挥政治作用Analysis of the current situation of constructing the linkage mechanism of university students party building and employment 当前，很多高校及地方积极探索构建大学生党建与就业工作的联动机制，开展了相应的活动和工作，积累了不少实践经验。 here and now,Many colleges and areas actively explore to construct the linkage mechanism of College Students Party building and employment ,they have carried out the relevant activities and work ,and accumulated a lot of experience . 取得的突破和经验 The achievement and Experience 许多高校以就业工作为中心或者为导向，充分发挥毕业生党员在就业过程中的先进模范带头作用，即毕业生党员就业过程中体现出来的受到的有关思想教育成果、自身经历和体会，经由他们示范和做榜样，影响和带动普通同学积极就业。还有的高校试图通过大学生党建与就业工作各自的制度完善来推动两者的互动，比如在党建工作中将就业工作的一些内容融入进其日常业务当中，在党员的发展和培养方面将就业工作作为其考评标准之一，从而丰富党建工作的内容。 Many colleges and universities make the Career Guidance as the center or the guidance of work,giving fully play to the exemplary role of graduate Party members in the process of employment.In other words,the Ideological education results,their own experiences and understandings which reflected in the process of employment will influence most normal graduates and lead them to an active employment. Other colleges and universities try to promote the interaction between the Party building and employment by perfecting the systems of them.For instance,there will be some content of employment integrates into the Party building daily work,and in the Party member development and training the abilities of employment will be one of its evaluation standards.At the same time what were talked above enrich the content of Party building . 总之可以肯定的是，很多高校已改变了以往那种党建工作与就业工作完全分离的状态，尝试实现两者之间良性互动，虽然这一工作很有大的进一步开拓空间。 In short,it is certain that many colleges and universities have changed the completely separate state between the Party building and the Career Guidance.They all try to realize the positive interaction between this two works,although there is a big developing space in this work. 存在问题 2.
