盐酸氟桂利嗪联合普萘洛尔预防单纯性月经性无先兆偏头痛的研究.docVIP

盐酸氟桂利嗪联合普萘洛尔预防单纯性月经性无先兆偏头痛(flunarizine hydrochloride)联合普萘洛尔（Propranol）预防月经性偏头痛的临床策略和疗效。方法 选择2006年1月至2010年1月在门诊就诊的月经性偏头痛患者72例，随机分为对照组和治疗组。收集患者年龄、头痛时间、偏头痛家族史、头痛严重程度及头痛频率等资料。对照组在月经期前后给予盐酸氟桂利嗪5mg，1次/d，治疗组在对照组的基础上给予普萘洛尔10mg，3次/d，比较两组患者头痛程度、发作频率、不良反应和远期疗效。采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale, VAS)0.05）。治疗组发作频率和复发率明显低于对照组（P0.05）。两组的不良反应无显著性差异（P＞0.05），结论 月经期前3天至后3天每天给予盐酸氟桂利嗪联合普萘洛尔控制头痛程度和频率的效果较好，预防复发的远期疗效较好，不良反应无明显增加。 [关键词] 月经期偏头痛；无先兆偏头痛The prophylaxis effect of flunarizine hydrochloride combined with Propranol on the simple menstrual migraine absence of aura Zhang Chuan-Lian, Diao Rui-Xiang. Abstract Objective To observe the curative effect of flunarizine hydrochloride combined with Propranol on menstrual migraine. Methods 72 out-patient menstrual migraineurs from January in 2006 to January in 2010 were included in this study. The age, the length of headache, the headache history of family, the frequency of headache and the headache degree were recorded. They were randomly divided into control group (36 women)and treatment group (36 women)，The change of the headache degree, the change of headache seizure frequency, adverse effect and protective efficacy were compared after treatment. The curative effect of the two groups was compared with visual analogue scale (VAS). Results The aponia ratio of treatment group was higher than control group (P0.05), the attack frequency and relapse rate of treatment group is lower than control group’s (P0.05), the adverse effect of two groups was no pronounced disparation (P＞0.05Conclusion In the menstrual period, Taking flunarizine hydrochloride combined with Propranol orally could control the attack of menstrual migraine by decreasing headache degree, headache frequency and relapse rate.
