全自动擦鞋机设计 [摘要]：全自动擦鞋机设计是一个非常有发展潜力和市场空间的课题。就目前国内市场上已经出现的擦鞋机而言，真正能做到全自动的擦鞋机几乎没有。参考“星月神”牌擦鞋机，就可以发现，它们普遍采用单一的马达减速带动毛毡旋转，若要做到全方位擦鞋，脚必须主动去适应旋转马达，整个擦鞋过程非常繁琐。鉴于此，我在张老师指导下对传统擦鞋机进行了一系列改良，虽然目前只停留在理论阶段，但是通过对各个部分的结构分析计算可以看出，这个理论完全有实现的可能。本次设计只用到齿轮系以及带传动，可以完成的动作包括旋转、曲线的来回移动以及水平来回移动。这三部分分别解决了鞋子前部分、后侧面部分擦拭和鞋码大小不一的问题。擦鞋机减速机构采用开式齿轮传动，皮带材料为聚氨酯，固定部分为角钢和轴承座，因为负载小，所以对材质要求并不苛刻。擦鞋机所有运动的实现不用到任何精密电子元件，几乎不受环境要求的限制，对灰尘、油污不敏感，可以广泛应用于人流量较大的超市，甚至于露天的市场。 [关键词]：擦鞋机；毕业设计；实用课题；减速器 Automatic Shoes-Polishing machine Design Abstract: It is a very potential subject with the space of market that the full-automatic shoes polishing machine is designed.
