Work with Senior Brand Activation Manager to implement brand communication strategy across all line of businesses. 2. Initiate brand marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and preference. In addition, drive up the brand experience to deliver greater value for Pearson product and service offering. Make sure all marketing activities carry and align with the brand meaning and objectives. 3. Collaborate with Market Research to develop learners’ centric marketing campaign for key new product/offering launch, and ensure all brand activities response to the latest brand tracker and with strategic focus to improve the key brand attributes. 4. Assist Senior Brand Activation Manager to drive the brand value proposition to live, both internally and externally. 5. Drive integrated cross functional plans in terms of marketing communications, consumer engagement, channel and field marketing program, and execute through collaboration with all internal functions, in order to achieve business goals for each line of businesses and brand KPI on awareness and consideration as well. 6. Ensure marketing readiness as well as marketing message alignment for each marketing activity while collaborate with related functions on integrated marketing program. 7. Provide innovative POV for the marketing activities and lead agencies to provide insightful proposal and deliver high quality execution. Skills and qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree required. 2. Minimum 6 years of marketing experience within consumer products industry, working experiences in both consumer marketing and brand activation are required. 3.
