临床护理路径在住院躁狂抑郁症患者健康教育中的意义

摘 要 目的:观察和分析临床护理路径在住院躁狂抑郁症患者健康教育中的意义。方法:2012年8月-2014年2月收治躁狂抑郁症患者72例,随机分为观察组和对照组各36例。对照组进行传统的健康教育和护理方法,观察组采用临床护理路径进行健康教育。观察两组的护理效果并进行对比分析。结果:观察组对疾病相关知识的掌握优于对照组(P0.05),观察组遵医行为优于对照组(P0.05),观察组对护理工作的满意度大于对照组(P0.05)。结论:通过对住院躁狂抑郁症患者应用临床护理路径,实施健康教育可使健康教育规范化、系统化,改善患者的遵医行为,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract Objective:We observed and analyzed the nursing significance of clinical nursing path in the health education for the hospitalized patients with manic depression.Methods:72 cases with manic depressive were selected from August 2012 to February 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 36 cases in each.The control group were given the traditional health education and nursing method.The observation group were given clinical nursing path for health education.We observed the nursing effect of the two groups and to compare.Results:The grasp situation about the disease related knowledge of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P0.05).The patients’ compliance behavior of the observation group was better than that of control group(P0.05).The satisfaction with nursing work of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:According the clinical nursing path for hospitalized patients with manic depression,the implementation of health education can make the health education standardized,systematic,improve the compliance behavior of patients,and improve patient satisfaction with nursing work,so it is worthy of clinical application.
