优质护理应用于胃癌晚期患者疼痛的临床效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究优质护理在胃癌晚期疼痛患者中的应用效果。 方法 以本院收治的160例胃癌晚期疼痛患者为观察对象，随机分为两组，对照组80例患者接受常规护理，实验组80例在常规护理的基础上实行优质护理。1周后，比较两组患者的疼痛与心理变化情况。 结果 对照组中，42例（52.5%）为轻微疼痛，20例（25.0%）为中度疼痛，18例（22.5%）为重度疼痛；实验组中，67例（83.8%）为轻微疼痛，12例（15.0%）为中度疼痛，1例（1.2%）为重度疼痛，两组的疼痛改善情况差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；对照组患者护理前的SAS评分为（45.23±3.25）分，护理后为（40.41±4.52）分，实验组护理前的SAS评分为（44.34±4.37）分，护理后为（36.34±5.64）分，两组护理后的SAS评分分别与护理前比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），两组护理后的SAS评分差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 优质护理在胃癌晚期疼痛疼痛患者中的临床应用效果好，有助于减轻患者的疼痛，改善与稳定其心理状态，值得在临床护理中推广应用。 　　[关键词] 优质护理；肿瘤晚期；疼痛；心理状态 　　[中图分类号] R735.2[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）06（b）-0109-03 　　 　　Clinical effect analysis of high quality nursing in the pain of patients with advanced gastric cancer 　　GENG Tian-jun 　　Department of the Second Surgey,the Fourth People′s Hospital of Jinan City,Jinan 250031,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the application effect of high quality nursing in the pain of patients with advanced gastric cancer.
