国产与进口紫杉醇注射液的抗肿瘤疗效及安全性比较研究 　　[摘要] 目的 比较国产与进口紫杉醇注射液对肿瘤的治疗效果及安全性。 方法 选取2010年1月～2014年1月本院收治的应用紫杉醇注射液化疗方案诊治的23例乳腺癌患者、14例子宫颈癌患者、10例肺癌患者和3例卵巢癌患者，将其随机分为国产紫杉醇组和进口紫杉醇组各25例，比较两组的临床疗效。 结果 国产紫杉醇组和进口紫杉醇组的有效率分别为64.0%和52.0%，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。两组毒副作用差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。国产紫杉醇价格更低廉，为（45 571.5±2479.6）元，进口紫杉醇的平均价格为（94 863.8±3278.9）元，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 国产与进口紫杉醇治疗乳腺癌、子宫颈癌、肺癌和卵巢癌的临床效果相当，但国产紫杉醇明显价格更低，为临床上合理用药指明了方向。 　　[关键词] 紫杉醇；抗肿瘤；毒副作用 　　[中图分类号] R73 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）08（a）-0084-03 　　Comparative study of antitumor effect and safety on domestic and imported paclitaxel injection 　　WU Jian-hua LIANG Guo-hua LING Zhi-qin ZHU Ya-jun 　　Department of Oncology，People′s Hospital of Jintan City in Jiangsu Province，Jintan 213200，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the therapeutic effect and safety of domestic and imported paclitaxel injections on treating tumors. Methods 50 cases of patients including 23 ones with breast cancer，14 cervical cancer，10 lung cancer，and 3 ovarian cancer were adopted chemotherapy regimens with paclitaxel injection from January 2010 to January 2014 were randomly selected from case management database in our hospital.They were evenly divided into two groups，domestic paclitaxel injection group and imported paclitaxel injection （taxol） group.The related data were collected and processed，and the dosage of paclitaxel injection，price of each course of treatment，effect，and toxic and side effect were retrospectively analyzed. Results The effective rate of domestic paclitaxel group was 64.0%，and was 52.0% in imported paclitaxel group，the difference was not significant （P0.05）.The side effective rate in domestic and imported paclitaxel injection group had no significant difference （P0.05）.The price of domestic paclitaxel was （45 571.5±2479.6） yuan，while the average price of imported paclitaxel was （94 863.8±3278.9） yuan，which displayed statistical difference （P0.05）. Conclusion There is no statistical difference in therapeutic effect on treating breast cancer
