奥沙利铂联合腹腔热灌注治疗进展期胃癌的效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨奥沙利铂联合腹腔热灌注治疗胃癌的临床应用价值，为今后的临床工作提供借鉴。 方法 选取2009年1月～2013年12月本院收治的80例胃癌患者，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40例，两组患者均采用亚叶酸钙、奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶进行化疗，治疗组在此基础上增加腹腔热灌注化疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效。 结果 经过2个周期的治疗，治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为72.50%和62.50%，治疗组显著高于对照组（P0.05）。其中治疗组完全缓解（CR）13例，CR率为32.50%。对照组CR 10例，CR率为25.00%，实验组显著高于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 奥沙利铂联合腹腔热灌注化疗治疗胃癌的临床效果较单用化疗药物显著。 　　[关键词] 奥沙利铂；腹腔热灌注；进展期胃癌 　　[中图分类号] R735.2[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）06（b）-0071-03 　　 　　Effect observation of oxaliplatin combining with hyperthermic peritoneal perfusion chemotherapy on treating advanced gastric carcinoma 　　JIANG Xiao-mei YANG Zhi-feng PENG Jie-wen XIAO Jian-jun 　　People′s Hospital of Zhongshan City in Guangdong Province,Zhongshan 528400,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical application value of oxaliplatin combining with hyperthermic peritoneal perfusion chemotherapy on treating gastric carcinoma in order to provide reference for clinical work in future. Methods Eighty patients with gastric carcinoma admitted into our hospital from January 2009 to December 2013 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Calcium folinate,oxaliplatin,and fluorouracil were provided for the treatment in both groups.On this basis,hyperthermic peritoneal perfusion chemotherapy was added.The clinical effect in the two groups was observed. Results After two-week treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group and control group was 72.50% and 62.50% respectively.The index in the treatment group was remarkably higher than that in the control group with a statistical difference (P0.05).The number of complete remission in the treatment group was 13 cases,accounting for 32.50%.In the control group were 10 cases in CR,the complete remission rate was 25.00%.After comparison,the former was higher,which displayed a statistical difference (P0.05).
