手术联合放疗在视网膜母细胞瘤治疗中的效果观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨视网膜母细胞瘤手术联合放疗的临床效果。方法：选取2009年1月-2012年6月的100例视网膜母细胞瘤患者，在患者知情同意的前提下，分为两组，观察组50例在术后均接受放射治疗，对照组50例仅给予常规手术治疗。随访2年以上，统计两组患者1年、2年生存率及复发转移率。结果：两组术后随访24～60个月，平均随访（43.89±5.39）个月。观察组术后1年生存率为100%，对照组为88%，观察组明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组术后1年复发转移率为2%，对照组为18%，观察组明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组术后2年生存率为98%，对照组为80%，观察组明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组术后2年复发转移率为8%，对照组为24%，观察组明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：术后放疗在视网膜母细胞瘤的治疗中起到重要作用，可达到控制肿瘤复发转移、提高生存率的目的。 　　【关键词】 视网膜母细胞瘤； 放射治疗； 手术； 临床观察 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of retinoblastoma operation combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of retinoblastoma. Method：100 cases of retinoblastoma were selected from January 2009 to June 2012 ， upon the patients informed consent， they were divided into two groups， 50 cases in the observation group received radiotherapy after operation， 50 patients in the control group only received routine operation therapy. They were followed up for more than 2 years ， 1 years and 2 years survival rate and recurrence rate were counted between two groups.Result：Two groups were followed up for 24-60 months， mean follow-up time were （43.89±5.39） months. The 1 year survival rat of the observation group was 100%， 1 year survival rate of the control group was 88%， the observation group was significantly higher than the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.
