老年患者反流性食管炎的临床特征分析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.21.21 　　摘 要 目的：总结老年反流性食管炎患者的临床特征，提高正确诊断率。方法：2013年3月-2014年3月收治反流性食管炎患者312例，根据患者年龄进行分组，≥60岁的112例为老年组，0.05）。老年组轻度72例（64.3%），中度26例（23.2%），重度14例（12.5%）；非老年组轻度148例（74.0%），中度41例（20.5%），重度11例（5.5%），两组在轻度和重度方面比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：老年人反流性食管炎发病率高于非老年人，多见于男性，临床症状不典型，食管外症状较多见，重度食管炎的发生率高。因此全面掌握反流性食管炎相关知识，才能减少漏诊、误诊。 　　关键词 老年 反流性食管炎 临床特征 　　Analysis of the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis 　　Shen Wenyi 　　Qinhong Community Health Center of Nanjing City，Jiangsu 210006 　　Abstract Objective：To summarize the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis，to improve the correct diagnostic rate.Methods：312 cases with reflux esophagitis were selected from March 2013 to March 2014.They were grouped according to the age，112 cases more than 60 years as the old group，200 cases less than 60 years as the non elderly group.We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of two groups.Results：The differences of chronic cough，pharyngeal foreign body sensation，heartburn and acid reflux symptoms of the two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）.In the older group，72 cases（64.3%） were mild，26 cases（23.2%） were moderate，14 cases（12.5%） were severe.In the non elderly group，148 cases（74%） were mild，41 cases（20.5%） were moderate，11 cases（5.5%） were severe.There were significant differences in cases with mild and severe（P0.05）.Conclusion：The incidence of reflux esophagitis of old people is higher than that of the non aged，and male is common.The clinical symptoms are not typical.Extraesophageal symptoms are the most common.Severe esophagitis incidence is high.Therefore，the comprehensive knowledge in reflux esophagitis can reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. 　　Key words The elderly；Reflux esophagitis；Clinical features 　　反流性食管炎（reflux esophagitis，RE）是由胃、十二指肠内容物反流入食管引起的一种食管炎性病变[1]，老年人发病率较高。为总结老年反流性食管炎患者的临床特征，提高正确诊断率，2013年3月-2014年3月收治老年反流性食管炎患者112例，进行总结和分析。 　　资料与方法 　　2013年3月-2014
