连续式B―lynch缝合应用于剖宫产术及对产后出血的临床观察 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.14.35 　　摘 要 目的：观察连续式B-lynch缝合应用于剖宫产术中、产后出血的止血效果。方法：2012年1月-2014年1月收治在剖宫产术中宫缩乏力出血85例作为观察组，采用连续式B-lynch缝合。2006年1月-2008年1月收治实施剖宫产手术患者63例作为对照组，术中因宫缩乏力导致产后出血，采用传统治疗方法子宫动脉上行支结扎加宫腔纱条填塞。分别对两组手术时间、产后出血量、输血量及产褥病率、子宫切除率、治疗效果等方面进行比较。结果：观察组临床效果明显，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组在手术时间、产后出血量、输血量、产褥病率、子宫切除率等方面比较差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论：连续式B-lynch缝合操作简单、安全、止血快，尽早应用降低了子宫切除率，减少产后出血引起的后遗症及并发症，是治疗产后出血最有效的方法。 　　关键词 产后出血 剖宫产 连续式B-lynch缝合 　　Clinical Observation of continuous B-lynch suture applied for postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean surgery 　　Zhao Zhenxia，Shi Gaiping，Chang Jihong 　　The hospital of Quzhou County in Hebei Province，057250 　　Abstract Objective：To observe the continuous B-lynch sutures applied for postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean surgery.Methods：85 cases bleeding caused by uterine inertia in cesarean section were admitted during January 2012 to January 2014 as the observation group，who were treated with continuous B-lynch suture.63 cases treated of cesarean section during January 2006 to January 2008 as a control group，using the traditional method of ascending uterine artery ligation and filling sand bar in the uterine cavity to treated of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia during surgery.Observe therapeutic effects including operation time，postpartum hemorrhage，blood transfusion，puerperal orbidity，hysterectomy rate，clinical efficacy and etc in two groups.Results：The patients in the observation group had an obviously clinical effect，and the difference was significant（P0.05）.There was significant difference in operation time，postpartum hemorrhage，blood transfusion，puerperal orbidity and hysterectomy rate of the tow groups.Conclusion：Simple security B-lynch suture continuous operation is simple，security and can stop bleeding quickly.If application in early time it can reduces the hysterectomy rate，reduce sequelae and complications caused by postpartum hemorrhage，so this is an effective methods on postpart
