Impressed by the highlands and the attitude and based on her very experiences, she wrote the forklore of Tibetan. The novel is comprised of 13 chapters. By montage and flashback, the history of Tibet and its real life are intermingled together. The singular chapters are the narration of the present , while the dual chapters write about the past. The peaceful life of the present appears alteratively with the unsetting scences, and the novel is completed further by the writing of daily life and love affairs. The misture of past and present , one of the features of neo-historical novel, reflects the modern mental trend---a trend that refuses to study history at the perspectives of political interests, but to highlight the true color of folklore as much as possible. Thus this historical novel of Tibet is of pioneering significance.
