Methods 100 patients with laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy cholecystolithotomy in protecting gallbladder by evaluation with B-ultrasound were divided into observation group and control group according to the admission time, each of 50 cases. The control group was treated with conventional surgical care and the observation group was treated with clinical rehabilitation nursing pathway. The total operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, patients for health education knowledge and satisfaction were compared in the two groups. Results The total operation time and intraoperative bleeding volume in observation group were lower than that of the control group (t=-4.653, P=0.000; t=-6.659, P=0.000), and patients for health education knowledge and satisfaction in observation group were higher than that of the control group (Z = -3.129, P = 0.002; Z = -3.525, P = 0.000). Conclusion The application of clinical rehabilitation nursing pathway in perioperative nursing for patients with minimally invasive cholecystolithotomy in protecting gallbladder can shorten operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding, and improve patients for health education
