题目 企业绩效评价的方法与应用 作者姓名 陈志恒 指导教师 赵亚军 二级学院 商学院 专 业 人力资源管理 学 号 2B086106 2012年 3 月18 日 摘 要 企业绩效评价是评价理论方法在企业管理领域的具体应用。作为企业决策支持系统的重要组成部分之一，企业绩效评价近年来受到了广泛关注。很多年前西方国家就已经出现了企业绩效评价，它已经逐步从对国有企业的评价向多种类型企业评价过渡，企业绩效评价已然成为一种行之有效的决策工具。在我国，企业绩效评价仍然处于起步阶段，具有系统性的绩效评价体系仍然只限于政府对国有资本的绩效评价。随着我国经济的发展和社会主义市场经济体制的进一步完善，我国社会企业绩效评价的各种弊端也日益显露出来。本文将主要针对我国企业绩效评价问题展开分析研究，首先阐述企业绩效评价的基本理论，分析企业绩效评价的方法，结合我国现阶段企业绩效评价的现状分析存在的问题，最后提出如何完善企业绩效评价制度。 关键字：企业绩效评价；方法；问题；体系；对策 Abstract Enterprise performance evaluation is to evaluate the theoretical approaches in specific areas of business management applications. As an enterprise decision support system is one important part of enterprise performance evaluation received extensive attention in recent years. Many years ago, Western countries had already seen a business performance evaluation, it has been gradually from the evaluation of state-owned enterprises evaluate the transition to multiple types of enterprises; enterprise performance evaluation has become an effective decision-making tool. In China, corporate performance evaluation is still in its infancy; with a systematic performance evaluation system is still limited to government performance evaluation of state-owned capital. As Chinas economic development and the socialist market economic system, further improvement of enterprise performance evaluation of our society all the disadvantages are also increasingly exposed. This paper will be focused on our business analysis of performance evaluation issues, first set out the basic theory of corporate performance evaluation, analysis, enterprise performance evaluation methods, combined with our present status of analysis of enterprise performance evaluation problems, and finally suggest ways to improve enterprise performance evaluation the system.
