毕 业 论 文 江苏百成大达物流 （苏州大区）配送问题研究 专 业 物流管理 学生姓名 班 级 学 号 指导教师 　 完成日期 二零一四年六月 江苏百成大达物流（苏州大区）配送问题研究 摘 要：物流配送活动是随着社会经济的发展而发展起来的，90年代末至今，我国出现了大量专门的物流企业、配送公司、物流网站，使配送业得到了较好的发展。第三方物流企业是我国国民经济增长的一个来源，在第三方物流企业的管理运作中，配送是企业一项关键的物流活动。配送管理是企业发展的一个战略手段，配送时效、配送成本、配送质量等这些都是企业在配送管理中密切关注的问题。配送管理质量和第三方物流企业的发展是紧密联系的。江苏百成大达物流公司是一个年轻的物流企业，成立于2012年。由于年轻，所以企业还缺乏一定的经营管理经验，在物流配送管理这方面难免也存在一些制约其发展的问题。本文将围绕现代物流配送相关理念，结合江苏百成大达物流公司的发展现状，对公司（苏州大区）的配送问题进行对策探讨，利用一定的科学方法针对其问题提出一些可行性的方案，为企业在我国物流业中得到长期稳定的发展提供一些帮助。 关键词： 物流配送；大达物流；配送路线；节约里程法 Jiangsu Baicheng Dada logistics company (Suzhou) research on distribution Abstract：Logistics activity is developed along with the development of social economy,Since the late 90s，Our country appeared a large number of professional logistics enterprises,distribution,logistics website,make distribution industry has a good development.The third party logistics enterprise is a source of Chinas economic growth,in the third party logistics enterprise management, distribution is a significant logistics enterprises.Distribution management is a strategic tool for business development, distribution limitation, these are companies such as distribution costs, distribution quality problem in the distribution management pay close attention to. Distribution management to improve the quality of development, is the fundamental one of the third party logistics enterprise.Jiangsu Baicheng large logistics company was founded in 2012, is a young logistics enterprises.Because the young,is also a lack of experience in business management of enterprise, in the logistics and distribution management, it inevitably has some disadvantages that restrict its development. This paper will focus on the modern logistics theory, combined with the development status of Jiangsu Baicheng Dada logistics company, the company
