毕业设计（论文） 工程项目风险管理研究 【摘 要】风险管理是对项目目标的主动控制。随着科技的飞速发展和人们生活节奏的不断加快,社会环境瞬息万变,各工程项目所涉及的不确定因素日益增多,面临的风险越来越多,再有我国的工程项目风险管理没有一套完整的可供参考的方法体系,在工程项目的管理过程中,大多数是凭自己的经验办事,风险所致损失规模也越来越大。 项目风险管理是为了最好地达到项目的目标，识别、分配、应对项目生命周期内风险的科学与艺术，是一种综合性的管理活动，其理论和实践涉及到自然科学、社会科学、工程技术、系统科学、管理科学等多种学科。项目风险管理的目标可以被认为是使潜在机会或回报最大化、使潜在风险最小化。风险识别、风险估计和风险评价是项目风险管理的重要内容。但是，仅仅完成这部分工作还不能做到以最少的成本保证安全可靠地实现项目的总目标。还必须在此基础上对风险实行有效的控制，妥善地处理风险事件造成的不利后果。所谓控制，就是随时监视项目的进展，注视风险的动态，一旦有新情况，马上对新出现的风险进行识别、估计和评价，并采取必要的行动。这就是项目风险管理的全过程。因此做好工程项目风险的控制工作，对保证和加速经济发展具有一定意义。 本文首先通过风险的特点及基本性质，推出工程项目风险管理的必要性，接着详细阐述了我国当前工程项目风险管理的现状，然后提出风险管理存在的的误区和实施中不完善、不规则表现方面。最后提出了工程项目风险管理的对策，包括风险的识别和分类，建立风险应急计划，风险监控与缓解策略、应急计划的调用等。 【关键词】工程项目;风险；管理 The research on the Project risk management Wutao (1 College of Economy Management, Management Department, Engineering Administer, Class0901, Shan xi , Tai yuan, 030024) Abstract: Risk management is the active control of project goals. With the rapid development of science and technology and peoples life rhythm is accelerating and social environment, the engineering project of uncertain factors involved increasing, the risks of more and more of our country, another project risk management doesnt have a complete reference method system in engineering project management, in the process, mostly from your own experience to handle affairs, the risk is more and more big scale caused losses. Project risk management is in order to best meet the projects objectives and identify, distribution, deal with the project life cycle, the risk of science and art is a kind of comprehensive management activities and its theory and practice involves natural science, social science, engineering technology, system science, scientific management and so on many kinds of subjects.
