摘　　要 江西铜业公司银山铅锌铜系统原矿仓由1、2、3号矿仓组成,井下和露天铜矿石在矿仓上部卸矿。多年来一直沿用0.7立方米翻斗式矿车,人工倒矿,生产效率低,劳动强度大,且安全性差,是生产的薄弱环节,是制约生产并亟待解决的技术难题。为提高产量，必须加大矿车容积，拟采用1.2立方米固定矿车，每一矿车的装载量可增加72%，使用固定矿车就必须采用机械倒矿，这样选择何种翻车机就成为问题的关键。自行式液压翻车机就是为解决这一技术关键而研制的。 在本次设计设计中,结构上以仿制样机为主，结合采用计算机辅助设计,对液压系统、液压元件、液压站等进行了设计选择。 　　新型液压翻车机的工作机构设计构思新颖，结构简单，布局紧凑合理，运动灵活，功能动作准确，操作轻便，能大大降低工人劳动强度。 该液压翻车机能够自动行走,可方便的调动向1、2、3号矿仓倒矿,翻车机行走轨道铺设在原运输轨道的一侧,施工方便,施工期间仍可正常生产。现场改造工程量少,整机重量轻,结构紧凑,制造安装较为容易,一次性投资少,非常适合中小型矿山的卸矿改造。 关键字:矿车；卸矿；液压系统；翻车机 ABSTRACT Original mineral warehouse in Yinshan lead zinc copper system of Jiangxi copper industry company from 1,2 and 3 number mineral warehouses constitute, the well bottom unload the minerals with open-air copper minerals in the Warehouses upper part.Many in the last yearses always along use 0.7 square rices mineral car,adopt the artificial pours the minerals,producing the efficiency low, the labor strength is big, and the safety is bad, is the weak link of the production, is a technique to make roughly produce to need the solution hard nut to crack.For increasing yield, must enlargement mineral car capacity, intend to adopt 1.2 square rices fix of minerals car, the carrying capacity of each mineral car can increase 72%, the usage fix of mineral car and then must adopt the machine pours the minerals. choosing what type of machine become the key of problem .Automatically running type liquid presses to turn over minerals car machine is researched to manufacture for solve this technique key.
