水彩笔笔套注塑模设计【毕业论文+CAD图纸全套】.doc

毕业设计说明书（论文）中文摘要 注射成型是热塑性塑料成型的主要方法之一，可以一次成型形状复杂的塑件。水彩笔是我们日常不可或缺的文具之一，水彩笔笔套作为保护笔尖的部件同样有着重要的作用和实际的意义。本课题设计了一副水彩笔笔套的注塑模，模具采用一模八穴非平衡式布排，浇注系统采用侧浇口，笔套外形复杂，采用斜导柱侧向分型，并用autoCAD绘制了一套模具装配图和零件图。日用品，有时采用精度和强度不太高的塑料传动，由于塑料具有可塑性强，密度小比强度高、结缘性、化学稳定性高、外观多样的特点，因而受到越来越多的厂家及人民的喜爱。塑料工业是新兴的工业，是随着石油工业的发展而应而生的，目前塑料制件几乎已经进入一切工业部门以及人民日常生活的各个领域。随着机械工业电子工业，航空工业、仪器仪表工业和日常用品工业的发展，塑料成型制件的需求量越来越多，质量要求也越来越高，这就要求成型塑件的模具的开发，设计制造的水平也须越来越高。本文也就对日用品中的笔盖模具设计过程进行阐述。关键词：注塑模；一模八穴；非平衡式；侧浇口；斜导柱；侧向分型   毕业设计说明书（论文）外文摘要 Title Watercolor Bibi set of injection mold design Abstract: Njection molding is one of the main methods of thermoplastic plastic molding, plastic parts forming a complex shape.
