The experimental results demonstrated that: the slurry of SiC bearing higher content of solid phase can be realized by means of coated by coupling agent and monomer. KH550 selected as coupling agent and the appropriate content of it is 2.5%. The viscosity of SiC slurry will decreases using monomer propancsclcnoamide, which proper content is 2.5%. The ideal consolidation in-situ formation of SiC slurry can be obtained through the addition of ammonium persulfate (initiator), Is content is 1%.
