中国高房价的形成机制及其调控方法 摘 要 随着中国经济的飞速发展，人口增幅达到了历史新高。但是人口的增加带来了各种问题，住房问题作为人们生活中的一项基本问题，时时困扰着大众民生。住房问题中的高房价问题又是重中之重，引发高房价问题的因素有很多，比如：土地投机、地方政府推波助澜、过于宽松的货币政策、住房供给体制缺失The Reason of the Form of High Housing Prices And how to Regulate and Control It Abstract With the high development of Chinese economy, the population has reached a high level in history. But the increase of population also brings about lots of problems and the housing problem, as a basic problem in our life, disturbing us all the time. High housing prices is the most serious among housing problems. There are many factors that touch off it ,such as: land speculation, the push of local governments, excessive loose monetary policy, lacking of the supply system on housing ,the imbalance of the information about house and land and so on. Focusing on these problems, the government should be positive about it and take active measures to solve it. In my opinion ,we can set up housing finance system, deepen the land system reform, set up housing system facing those with low income, speed up the building of house information showing system and complete the controlling system to regulate and control.
