 摘 　要 随着计算机技术的飞速发展，计算机在企业管理中应用的普及，利用计算机实现管理企业势在必行。而管理系统是典型的信息管理系统，其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备，易使用等特点。 管理管理系统ASP.NET技术和SQL Server 2005开发实验室仪器管理系统B/S结构的系统在Windows XP系统和VS.NET平台下开发完成，使用C＃ASP.NET的开发语言，SQL Server 2005作为后台数据库，该数据库系统在安全性、准确性、运行速度方面均有绝对的优势，并且能够对容量较大的数据库进行处理，效率高eb.Config里修改，增加了灵活性和安全性。代码尽量减少数据库连接的打开时间等手段来提高性能。 本文中除了有对程序的系统分析、总体设计、数据库设计、功能实现等主体部分外，在这之前还介绍了与实验室仪器管理系统.NET与SQL的无缝链接技术等。 关键词 ；；B/S；Abstract With the rapid development of computer technology, computer application in enterprise management popularization, implementation of enterprise management be imperative using the computer.
