Vote in Person: At your “polling place” on Election Day, Tuesday Nov. 7, 2006 open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. At locations selected by your county elections office before or on Election Day. Vote By Mail To vote by mail, you use an “absentee ballot” – which means you will be absent from your polling place on Election Day. a.
