《Module 2 No Drugs》教案1 外研版必修2
教学准备:布置学案,为课堂活动准备制作海报的纸张和笔。
一、导入新课
1、提出问题:通过对上节课内容的回顾以及观看毒品对人造成危害的影像,引出本节课要学习的内容。
T: In last class, we’ve learnt some facts about smoking. Can you say some facts about them?
S1: Smoking is bad for health.
S2: Smoking can cause some diseases.
S3: ……
T: From these facts, we know smoking is bad to our health. This class we’ll learn another kind of harmful thing that can do more harm to our health.
T: Now let’s watch a short video.
(Watch a short video about the effect of taking drugs.)
T:What can you learn from the video.
Ss: Drugs are dangerous.
T: Yes, drugs can do harm to us. Do you want to know more about drugs? So this class we’ll read 2 articles. From them we can get more information about drugs.
(通过复习以及师生对话,激活学生已有的知识网络,利用影像资料,激发学生的学习兴趣,调动学习积极性,帮学生形成学习动机。)
二、阅读理解
通过不同的方式,让学生听读、默读、朗读课文,了解课文的主要内容、细节以及理解深层内涵,体会作者的写作意图,并通过文章学习新的词汇,使语言知识和能力同步进步。在此过程中,通过设置不同的学习任务,让学生理解课文的内容,掌握不同的阅读方法,并提高学生的逻辑分析的能力。
1. Listening and reading
T: Let’s listen to the first two short articles. After listening to them, find out which of the articles that are in the beginning of the articles belong to them.
(Students listen to the two article).
T: Which is the title of Article 1?
S1: The first.
T: Right. How about Article 2?
S2: The third.
2. Read silently and match the paragraphs with the two articles
T: Now let’s look at another page. There are six paragraphs which belong to these two articles. Please read them silently and find out which paragraphs belong to Article 1 and which belong to Article 2.
(Give students several minutes to read them. After that, ask them to talk and get the answers.)
(通过听读,让学生迅速了结两段材料的主题,明确文章的内容。而对后面6个段落的学习,则是让学生默读,掌握其内涵,并判断它们所属的文章,以此来培养学生的归纳的逻辑判断能力。)
3. Answer questions according to Article 1
4. True or false according to Article 2
(通过两种形式练习,了解学生对于两篇文章的理解程度,对学生的学习情况进行反馈,并针对理解中出现的偏差进行矫正或探讨。)
三、语言知识学习
对于文章中出现的较难的词汇,给出原句,让学生根据上下文语境,推测其词义及可能的用法。
