概述
伴随着中国经济的腾飞,中国的房地产业正迎来了本世纪最大的发展机遇。现在的大学生今后将成为社会生产的主力军。他们文化层次较高,有着较强的经济能力,所以大学生今后将在很大程度上影响未来房地产市场消费状况及消费结构。
对于社会而言,刚毕业的大学生是一支带来新鲜血液和创新的生力军;而对于已经升温至白热化的房地产圈而言,他们同样也是未来财源滚滚而至的“源头”。过,由于短期限于囊中羞涩,他们有时也在租房与买房之间徘徊,那么,这支大军会不会成为未来影响房价的一个因素呢?大中小有效调查对象人,其中针对的调查结果显示:50%左右,大学生购房的商机很大。

一、调查设计
(一)调查目的
1、通过客观深入的市场调查和科学严谨的统计分析,充分了解合肥是否是水院学生对住房需求的城市。
2、以安徽水电学院即将毕业的学生为调查对象,对这部分人未来的住房需求进行调查及分析,以期反映合肥大学生的住房消费心理及需求。
3、充分了解大学生对住宅消费的需求,并进行问卷调查,以期给房地产开发商一些建议。
