How to include more information in the floor plans into the reconstruction process to enrich the semantics in the 3D models needs to be further studied. (2) Algorithms proposed in this thesis have multiple thresholds, which need to be provided by the user based on the specific scenario of a given floor plan . (3) Thus human intervention is needed to make the floor plans conformed with the constrains, which is less interesting. More work needs to be invested into the automatic preprocessing of raw floor plans later. (4) Only addresses reconstruction problem for a single floor.
