You will practice listening and speaking skills. 5 Step Model: GATHER: Gather information EXPLORE: Explore all sides of an issue FORM: Form an initial opinion DEFEND: Defend the position in a debate/discussion REFINE: Refine opinion through the knowledge gained in the debate/discussion Rules: Use Polite Listening.
