优质护理在无痛胃肠镜麻醉患者中的应用效果 　　[摘要]目的 探讨优质护理在无痛胃肠镜麻醉患者中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2013年9月～2015年10月于我院行无痛胃肠镜诊疗的68例患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，观察组34例，给予优质护理，对照组34例，给予常规护理。护理后，比较两组护理效果，观察护理前后的抑郁、焦虑、苏醒时间等，并比较两组患者护理满意度和不良反应。结果 观察组、对照组的总优良率分别为94.12%、73.53%，差异统计学意义（P0.05）；护理后观察组的SDS评分为（42.96±3.77）分，SAS评分为（45.66±5.29）分，苏醒时间为（2.27±0.89）min，均明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组的总满意度为91.18%，不良反应发生率为17.65%，均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 优质护理在无痛胃肠镜麻醉患者中的应用效果显著，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词]优质护理；胃肠镜；麻醉 　　[中图分类号] R322.4+4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）08（a）-0177-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the effectiveness of application of high quality nursing in patients with anesthesia for painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods The clinical data of 68 patients who accepted anesthesia for painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in the hospital from September 2013 to October 2015 were analyzed retrospectively.All the patients were divided into two groups randomly with 34 cases in each group.In observation group，the patients were given high quality nursing care；34 cases of control group were given routine nursing care.The effectiveness of nursing of the two groups was compared，and the pre-and post-nursing depression，anxiety and recovery time before and after were observed，and the satisfaction degree and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total excellent and good rate of observation group and control group was 94.12% and 73.53% respectively，with statistically significant difference （P0.05）；post-nursing SDS score （42.96±3.77），SAS score （45.66±5.29），recovery time （2.27±0.89） min of observation group were significantly less than those of control group，with statistically significant differences （P0.05）；the total satisfaction degree and adverse reaction rate of observation group were 91.18% and 17.65%，better than those of control group，with statistical significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in patients with anesthesia for painless gastrointestinal endoscopy achieves remark
