刃针结合手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨临床有效治疗腰椎间盘突出症的理想方法。方法：选取笔者所在医院2013年10月-2014年10月收治的152例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组，每组76例。治疗组采取刃针结合手法治疗，对照组仅采取手法治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗后的临床整体治疗效果。结果：经治疗后，治疗组的治疗总有效率96.05%（73/76）明显高于对照组的82.89%（63/76），差异有统计学意义（字2=6.9853，P=0.0082）。结论：在临床治疗腰椎间盘突出症的实践过程中，采用刃针结合手法治疗的临床效果显著，是临床治疗腰椎间盘突出症的理想方法之一。 　　【关键词】 刃针； 手法； 腰椎间盘突出症 　　中图分类号 R681.53 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）14-0117-02 　　Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Knife Needle Combined with Manual Therapy in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation/ZHOU Fu-shan.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（14）：117-118 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the ideal method for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Method：152 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected as the research objects，they were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method，76 cases in each group.The treatment group was given knife needle combined with manual therapy，the control group was only given manual therapy.The overall clinical therapeutic effect after treatment of the two groups were observed and compared.Result：After treatment，the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.05%（73/76），which was significantly higher than 82.89%（63/76） of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（字2=6.9853，P=0.0082）.Conclusion：In clinical practice in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation，the clinical effect of knife needle combined with manual therapy is significantly，it is one of the ideal methods for clinical treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. 　　【Key words】 Knife needle； Manual therapy； Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation 　　First-author’s address：Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Liucheng County，Liucheng 545200，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2015.14.059 　　在临床实践的过程中，腰椎间盘突出症属于较为常见的临床多
