医学生对非处方中成药类感冒药认知和使用的调查 　　[摘要] 目的 分析目前非处方中成药类感冒药使用现状，为非处方中成药类感冒药的合理使用提供参考依据。 方法 采用整群抽样的方式，抽取成都医学院临床医学本科大四学生126名，进行问卷调查。了解购买感冒药情况，调查对中成药类感冒药的认知和使用情况。 结果 大部分学生对非处方中成药类感冒药在认知和使用上存在偏差。调查显示：医学生在购买感冒药方面没有特别倾向，有78.6%不了解非处方中成药类感冒药的名称，43.7%不知道非处方中成药类感冒药中可能含有西药成分，有37.3%不能选择合适的中成药。 结论 应培养西医院校医学生中成药合理使用能力，提高执业药师数量和素质，重视药品信息的规范化和用药知识的宣传。 　　[关键词] 医学生；中成药；感冒药；认知；使用；调查 　　[中图分类号] R969.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）09（c）-0083-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the present situation of using non-prescription Chinese patent cold medicine， so as to provide some references for rational use of them. Methods Investigation was carried out by questionnaires in order to see the status of purchase of cold medicine and investigate the perception and use about non-prescription Chinese patent cold medicine. 126 four-grade clinical medical students in Chengdu Medical College were selected to participate in the investigation by using the method of cluster sampling. Results Some bias in cognition and use about non-prescription Chinese patent cold medicine were found in most students. It was showed in the survey that medical students had no special tendency to buy cold medicine， 78.6% of them did not know the name of non-prescription Chinese patent cold medicine， 43.7% of them did not know the fact that some non-prescription Chinese patent cold medicine might contain some chemical substances， 37.3% of them could not choose proper Chinese patent cold medicine.
