电刺激联合生物反馈在盆底康复治疗中的临床疗效 　　【摘要】 目的：分析电刺激联合生物反馈在盆底康复治疗中的临床疗效。方法：收集本院2013年12月-2014年5月诊治的盆底功能障碍性疾病患者80例作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组，每组40例，对照组患者采用常规kegal法训练盆底肌肉，试验组采用电刺激联合生物反馈，对两组患者治疗前后的盆底肌功能情况进行分析对比。结果：两组患者治疗前盆腔肌力比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗半年后发现均出现明显改善，且试验组改善情况明显优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：电刺激联合生物反馈在盆底康复治疗中具有良好的临床疗效，能有效促进患者盆腔肌力改善，值得在临床应用上推广。 　　【关键词】 电刺激； 生物反馈； 盆底康复； 临床疗效 　　Clinical Efficacy of Electrical Stimulation Combined with Biofeedback in the Treatment of Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation/XU Jin-jin.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（09）：114-116 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy of electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback in the treatment of pelvic floor rehabilitation.Method：80 cases with pelvic floor dysfunction in our hospital from December 2013 to May 2014 were selected as research objects， and according to random number table they were divided into the experimental group and the control group，40 cases in each group. In the control group， patients were treated with pelvic floor muscle training routine kegal method， while the experimental group was given biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation. Then the pelvic floor muscle function between the two groups was analyzed and compared before and after treatment. Result： There was no significant difference in pelvic muscle strength before treatment between the two groups（P0.05）， but after treatment the two groups were all improved significantly， and the experimental group showed more obviously than the control group （P0.05）.
