电针郄穴为主治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症临床研究 　　摘 要 目的：观察电针郄穴为主治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效。方法：选择2014年1月―2015年12月血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者60例，分为治疗组30例，采用电针郄穴为主治疗；对照组30例，采用常规取穴法治疗；1周3次，10次为1个疗程，共2个疗程。治疗结束后比较两组疗效。结果：治疗组第1、第2疗程的总有效率分别为66.67%（20/30）和90.00%（27/30），对照组分别为46.67%（14/30）和80.00%（24/30），治疗组优于对照组（P0.05）。结论：电针郄穴为主治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症疗效更显著。 　　关键词 腰椎间盘突出症 郄穴 电针 　　中图分类号：R245.9+7/R681.5+3 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）12-0040-02 　　Clinical study of electro-acupuncture in Xi acu-point in the treatment of blood-stasistyped lumbar intervertebral disk herniation 　　LI Fengzhu 　　（Waigang Community Health Service Center of Jiading District， Shanghai 201806， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To observe the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture in Xi acu-point in the treatment of patients with blood-stasis-typed lumbar intervertebral disk herniation. Methods： From Jan. 2014 to Dec. 2015， 60 cases of blood-stasistyped lumbar intervertebral disk herniation were enrolled and divided into a treatment group and a control group with 30 cases each. The patients in the treatment group and the control group were treated with electro-acupuncture in Xi acu-point and with routine selection of acu-points， respecitvely， for a total of 2 courses（3 times 1 week， 10 times for 1 course）. After treatment， the effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rates were 66.67%（20/30） and 90.00%（27/30）after the first and second courses in the treatment group， respectively. The total effective rates were 46.67%（14/30） and 80.00%（24/30）in the control group， respectively. The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P0.05）.
