皮质旁软骨瘤的影像学特征及病理分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析皮质旁软骨瘤的影像特征、病理及临床表现。 方法 搜集2003年4月～2015年3月期间23例经病理证实的皮质旁软骨瘤患者的病理资料，整理其影像学特征、病理及临床表现。 结果 肿瘤直径约2～7 cm，单发21例，多发2例，位于肱骨8例，股骨4例，指骨4例，胫骨7例。23例均表现为骨皮质旁软组织肿块，20例临近骨皮质受压，18例骨皮质有增生硬化，5例肿块周围有不完整骨壳。20例伴有不同程度钙化，术后病理均为分化良性的软骨组织。临床表现无痛性肿块15例，5例轻微疼痛，3例患者出现患肢短缩畸形。 结论 皮质旁软骨瘤由透明软骨组织构成，多伴有钙化或骨化，发生于骨皮质旁，不易恶变，具有一定的影像学、病理及临床特征。 　　[关键词] 皮质旁软骨瘤；影像特征；病理；临床表现 　　[中图分类号] R738.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）13-0117-03 　　The imaging features and clinical analysis of patients with juxtacortical chondroma 　　SONG Junwei 　　Radiology Department， Zibo Mining Group Co.， LTD Central Hospital， Zibo 255120， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze imaging features， pathology and clinical manifestations of juxtacortical chondroma. Methods Pathological data of 23 cases of patients pathologically proved parosteal cartilage from April 2003 to March 2015 were collected， and the imaging characteristics， pathology and clinical manifestations were sorted out. Results The maximum diameter of tumor was about 2-7 cm， and there were 21 cases of single tumor and 2 cases of multiple tumors. There were 8 cases of humerus tumor， 4 cases of femur tumor， 4 cases of phalanx tumor and 7 cases of tibia tumor. There were 23 cases of soft tissue mass in the bone cortex， 20 cases of compression of the cortical bone， 18 cases of cortical hyperplasia and sclerosis， 5 cases of incomplete bone around the tumor. There were 20 cases with different degree of calcification， and the pathological changes of cartilage tissue were all benign. There were 15 cases with painless mass of clinical manifestations， 5 cases of mild pain， and 3 cases of patients with limb shortening deformity. Conclusion Juxtacortical chondroma is composed of hyaline cartilage tissue， mostly with calcification or ossification. It occurs on the lateral side of the cortical bone， without easy canceration， and with certain imaging， pathological and clinical characteristics. 　　[Key words] Juxtacortical chondroma； Imaging feature
