益气活血解毒方对晚期卵巢癌患者免疫调节的影响 　　摘要：目的 观察益气活血解毒方对晚期卵巢癌患者免疫调节的影响。方法 选择晚期上皮性卵巢癌患者40例，采用单臂开放式研究，所有患者连续4周服用益气活血解毒方（每次200 mL，每日2次）。采用流式细胞仪检测血中调节性T细胞CD4+CD25+、CD8+CD28-及细胞毒T细胞CD8+CD28+数量的变化作为主要终点，观察疼痛、乏力、麻木等临床症状的变化作为次要终点。结果 治疗结束后，患者调节性T细胞CD4+CD25+、CD8+CD28-细胞较治疗前明显降低（P0.05），细胞毒T细胞CD8+CD28+数量较治疗前明显升高（P0.05）；除疼痛外，患者乏力、耳鸣、麻木、食欲不振、睡眠障碍、腹部不适、小便异常等症状明显改善（P0.05）。结论 益气活血解毒方能够明显改善晚期卵巢癌的免疫抑制，提高患者的生活质量。 　　关键词：晚期卵巢癌；益气活血解毒方；调节性T细胞；生活质量 　　DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1005-5304.2016.01.006 　　中图分类号：R273.731 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1005-5304（2016）01-0027-04 　　Effects of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Recipe on Immunomodulatory of Patients with Advanced Ovarian Cancer YAN Hui-ling1，2， MA Dan1， LU Wen-ping1 （1. Beijing University of Chinese Medicine， Beijing 100029， China） 　　Abstract： Objective To study the effects of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Recipe on immunomodulatory of patients with advanced ovarian cancer. Methods It was performed in a single-arm， open-label study with 40 patients with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer. All patients were treated with Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Recipe lasting for 4 weeks （200 mL， twice a day）. The main endpoint was the quantities of CD4+CD25+ cells， CD8+CD28- regulatory T cells and CD8+CD28+ cytotoxic T cells measured by flow cytometry， and the accessory endpoints were variations of symptoms which included pain， fatigue， and numbness etc. Results The quantities of CD4+CD25+ and CD8+CD28- cells significantly decreased compared with those of pre-treatment （P0.05）； the quantity of CD8+CD28+ cell increased significantly （P0.05）. Except for pain， significant improvement showed in fatigue， tinnitus， numbness， poor appetite， abdominal discomfort， insomnia， diarrhea and abnormal urinate （P0.05）. Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Recipe is proved to be effective in regulating immunosuppression advanced ovarian cancer and improving patients’ life quality. 　　Key words： advanced ovarian cancer； Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Recipe； regul
