碘伏擦洗联合克霉唑栓治疗妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨碘伏擦洗联合克霉唑栓治疗妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床效果。 方法 选取2014年1月～2015年12月在本院就诊的84例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病孕妇作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，各42例。对照组给予阴道置入克霉唑栓治疗，实验组给予阴道用碘伏擦洗后置入克霉唑栓治疗。比较两组的临床疗效和不良反应发生率。 结果 实验组的总有效率为97.62%，显著高于对照组的73.81%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。实验组的不良反应总发生率为4.76%，显著低于对照组的19.05%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 碘伏擦洗联合克霉唑栓治疗妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床疗效显著，能有效缓解临床症状，不良反应发生率低，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病；妊娠期；碘伏；克霉唑栓 　　[中图分类号] R711.72 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）05（a）-0116-03 　　Clinical effect of iodophor scrubbing combined with clotrimazole suppository in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis during gestation period 　　LIN Xi-jia 　　Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics，People′s Hospital of Jieyang City in Guangdong Province，Jieyang 522000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of iodophor scrubbing combined with clotrimazole suppository in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis during gestation period.
