米非司酮联合加减止血安宫方治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析围绝经期功能性子宫出血应用米非司酮联合加减止血安宫方治疗的效果。 方法 整群选取该院2013年2月―2014年2月收治的110例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组55例。对照组采用米非司酮，观察组采用米非司酮联合加减止血安宫方进行治疗，观察其治疗效果。 结果 对照组患者的治疗有效率为76.4%，观察组为92.7%，观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。110例患者中，仅3例患者服药后出现明显的恶心、呕吐症状，不良反应小。 结论 围绝经期功能性子宫出血应用米非司酮联合加减止血安宫方进行治疗，疗效显著。 　　[关键词] 功能失调性子宫出血；围绝经期；米非司酮 　　[中图分类号] R711.52 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）02（a）-0142-02 　　Curative Effect Analysis of Mifepristone Combined with Jiajian Angong Zhixue Fang in Treatment of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding of Peri-Menopausal Period 　　KANG Jian-ping 　　Obstetrical Department， Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Second Division Korla Hospital， Korla ， Xinjiang， 841000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of the application of mifepristone combined with Jiajian Angong Zhixue Fang in treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding of peri-menopausal period.
