糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂联合鼻渊通窍颗粒治疗慢性鼻炎临床效果观察 　　【摘要】 目的 观察糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂联合鼻渊通窍颗粒治疗慢性鼻炎的临床效果。方法 104例慢性鼻炎患者， 根据其入院顺序随机分为观察组与对照组， 每组52例。对照组采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗， 观察组则在对照组基础上联合鼻渊通窍颗粒治疗， 比较两组患者的临床治疗效果和前后症状评分。结果 观察组总有效率为96.15%， 高于对照组的82.69%， 差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗后， 两组患者鼻塞、鼻涕评分以及鼻阻力均明显下降， 差异有统计学意义（P0.05）， 且观察组明显低于对照组， 差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂与鼻渊通窍颗粒联合治疗慢性鼻炎可以明显提高治疗效果， 促进临床症状改善， 降低鼻阻力， 具有临床推广价值。 　　【关键词】 慢性鼻炎；糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂；鼻渊通窍颗粒 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.29.008 　　Observation of clinical effect by mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with Biyuan Tongqiao granules in the treatment of chronic rhinitis TU Chun-mei. Methods A total of 104 patients with chronic rhinitis were divided by admission order into observation group and control group， with 52 cases in each group. The control group received mometasone furoate nasal spray for treatment， and the observation group received additional Biyuan Tongqiao granules. Conclusion Implement of mometasone furoate nasal spray and Biyuan Tongqiao granules in combined treatment of chronic rhinitis can remarkably improve curative effect， accelerate improvement of clinical symptoms and reduce nasal resistance.
