老年晚期胃癌气血两虚证患者行鳖甲化坚汤联合替吉奥治疗的临床疗效 　　【摘要】 目的：探究老年晚期胃癌气血两虚证患者行鳖甲化坚汤联合替吉奥治疗的临床疗效。方法：选取2014年9月-2015年11月本院肿瘤科收治的老年晚期胃癌气血两虚证患者80例，采取数字奇偶法将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各40例。对照组采取替吉奥胶囊治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合鳖甲化坚汤治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、毒副作用反应、中医症候积分。结果：对照组治疗总有效率为52.5%，明显低于观察组的90.0%（P0.05）；两组患者白细胞减少和恶心呕吐毒副作用反应方面比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组中医症候总有效率为95.0%，明显高于对照组的75.0%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对老年晚期胃癌气血两虚证患者行鳖甲化坚汤联合替吉奥治疗可有效提高临床疗效，明显改善患者的中医症候，且在保护胃肠和白细胞的同时不会增加其他的毒副作用。 　　【关键词】 鳖甲化坚汤； 替吉奥； 气血两虚证； 老年晚期胃癌； 临床疗效 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To inquiry efficacy of Biejiahuajian Decoction united Gio Therapy on elderly patients with qi-blood deficiency advanced gastric cancer.Method：From September 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital，80 elderly patients with qi-blood deficiency advanced gastric cancer patients were selected，and were randomly divided into control group and observation group by digital parity law，40 cases in each group.The control group received Gio capsules treatment，the observation group joint Biejiahuajian Decoction based on the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups，toxicity reaction，symptom scores were compared.Result：After treatment，the total effective rate of the control group was 52.5%，significantly lower than 90.0% in the observation group （P0.05）.Side reaction of nausea and vomiting and white blood cells reduced of two groups were compare，the differences were statistically significance（P0.05）.TCM symptom total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%，significantly higher than 75.0% in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Biejiahuajian Decoction united Gio Therapy on elderly patients with qi-blood deficiency advanced gastric cancer can effectively improve the clinical efficacy，significantly improved symptoms in patients with traditional Chinese medicine，and at the same time protect the gastrointestinal and other white blood cells does not increase side effects. 　　【Key words】 Biejiahuajian Decoction； Gio； Qi-blood deficiency； Elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer； Clinical ef
