腹腔镜联合胃镜微创治疗胃间质瘤的临床应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨腹腔镜联合胃镜微创治疗胃间质瘤的临床应用效果。 方法 选取2014年3月～2016年1月本院收治的15例实施腹腔镜联合胃镜微创治疗的胃间质瘤患者作为双镜联合组，选取同期实施开腹手术的15例胃间质瘤患者作为开腹组。比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、恢复进食时间、下床活动时间、拔除胃管时间、住院时间和术后并发症发生率。 结果 双镜联合组的术中出血量显著少于开腹组，拔除胃管时间、恢复进食时间、下床活动时间、住院时间显著短于开腹组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。双镜联合组的术后并发症发生率为6.66%，显著低于开腹组的40.00%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 腹腔镜联合胃镜微创治疗胃间质瘤效果确切，能够减少手术创伤和并发症，加速术后康复，缩短患者住院时间，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 腹腔镜；胃镜；微创；胃间质瘤 　　[中图分类号] R735.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）04（b）-0048-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical application effect of laparoscope combined with gastroscope for minimal invasion in the treatment of gastric stromal tumor. Methods 15 patients with gastric stromal tumor underwent minimal invasion therapy via laparoscope and gastroscope from March 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected as the combination group.15 patients with gastric stromal tumor treated by laparotomy during the same period was selected as the laparotomy group.The operation time，amount of bleeding during operation，recovery time of food intake，time to be off bed，time to remove gastric tube，hospital stay，and the incidence rate of postoperative complication was compared in both groups respectively. Results The amount of bleeding during operation in the combination group was less than that in the laparotomy group，The time to remove gastric tube，recovery time of food intake，time to be off bed，hospital stay in the combination group was shorter than that in the laparotomy group，with significant difference （P0.05）.The incidence rate of postoperative complication in the combination group was 6.66%，which was lower than 40.00% in the laparotomy group，with significant difference （P0.05）. Conclusion Minimal invasion therapy via laparoscope and gastroscope in the treatment of gastric stromal tumor can obtain a definite clinical effect，reduce surgical trauma and complication，accelerate postoperative recovery，shorten hospital stay，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key wo
