自制简易水囊治疗产后出血的临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨自制简易水囊治疗产后出血的效果。 方法 选取2012年6月～2014年6月本院收治的64例产后出血患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各32例。观察组给予自制简易水囊压迫止血治疗，对照组给予宫腔纱条填塞止血治疗。比较两组的显效时间、留置时间、操作时间、治疗之后阴道出血量、并发症发生率以及住院时间。 结果 观察组的操作时间、留置时间、住院时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的治疗效果显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 自制简易水囊治疗产后出血效果显著，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 产后出血；自制简易水囊；出血量 　　[中图分类号] R714.46+1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）02（a）-0100-03 　　Clinical research of homemade improvised water sac in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage 　　ZHANG Wen-yan 　　Department of Obstetrics，Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Luoding City in Guangdong Province，Luoding 527200，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of homemade improvised water sac in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 64 postpartum hemorrhage patients from July 2012 to July 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，32 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with homemade improvised water sac，the control group was treated with intrauterine filled with gauze.The effective time，indwelling time，operation time，vaginal bleeding volume after treatment，the incidence rate of complication and hospitalization time in two groups was compared respectively. Results The operation time，indwelling time and hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of complication between the two groups（P0.05）.The treatment effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.
